We have worked with

Clinical training packages

If you’re aiming to become an Emergency Care Assistant (ECA) or work in pre-hospital care, we offer a complete bundle that includes:

  • FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3)
  • FREC 4 (Level 4)
  • CERAD (Emergency Response Blue Light Driving)

This pathway qualifies you to apply for roles in ambulance support and event medical teams, and prepares you for work on our frontline NHS contracts. The package is delivered by our experienced educators over a structured period and includes both classroom and practical scenario training.

Education & teaching packages

For professionals in industries such as healthcare support, construction, business, beauty, logistics, hospitality, and public services who want to train, teach, or assess others, we offer a non-clinical education bundle:

  • AET (Award in Education and Training Level 3)
  • CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement Level 3)

This package is ideal for those looking to teach, or to assess learners in a variety of workplace environments. Many of our own clinicians choose this route to step into educator or mentor roles within the medical sector.

If wanting to book this package of courses, we ask you to contact us directly for further information.

Why choose a training package with CMS?

Training packages allow you to:

Yes. If you have a specific goal or role in mind, we can help build a package that suits your path. Whether you’re looking to add blue light driving to an existing qualification, move from first responder to educator, or start from scratch with a full clinical route, we’ll advise on the right combination of courses for you.

All training takes place at our purpose-built Academy in Nottingham, with three dedicated classrooms and space for live scenarios like casualty simulations, ambulance drills and real-world driving practice. You’ll be taught by qualified clinicians and educators who work on the job themselves, so everything you learn is practical, current, and career-ready.

Currently, we handle all bookings individually. While learners often attend courses with friends or future crewmates, each course is registered per person. You are more than welcome to book onto the same course as someone else, however you will have to make the booking as individuals.

Whether you’re ready to book or need advice on the right training path, our team can walk you through your options and help you take the first step. Get in touch with us here.
