I first encountered CMS as a volunteer with EMAS. I was consistently impressed by how professional and caring their crews were. After leaving the military, I was encouraged to join CMS as an ECA. With support from my colleagues, I decided to take the FRUEC 5 course after just four months. I haven’t looked back since; working for CMS feels like being part of a family.
