As an Emergency Medical Technician with Central Medical Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care and support during patient transport. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their journey.
You’ll work as part of a highly skilled medical team, ensuring attendees receive timely and professional care in line with CMS’s standards and national clinical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients during transport.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient conditions.
- Administer medications and injections as required under protocols.
- Perform triage assessments to prioritize patient needs effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection during procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- FREC 5 or Futurequals AAP, IHCD or BTEC
- Recognised blue light qualification i.e. IHCD / Level 3 Emergency Response Ambulance Driving
- Full UK Driving Licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (maximum 3 points)
