As an Event First Responder with Central Medical Services, you’ll be on the frontline providing first aid and pre-hospital care at a wide range of events — from large-scale music festivals and sporting fixtures to community gatherings and film sets.
You’ll work as part of a highly skilled medical team, ensuring attendees receive timely and professional care in line with CMS’s standards and national clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first response medical care to patients at events
- Triage and escalate care as required
- Work within your scope of practice and CMS protocols
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients, and event organisers
- Complete clear and accurate patient report forms
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and vehicles
What We’re Looking For
- FREC 3 (minimum) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working at events (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, professional manner under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
