EMERGENCY RESPONSE AMBULANCE DRIVING
12th OCTOBER – 5th NOVEMBER 2026

This course includes all tuition, practical training and examination costs.
You’ll be supported throughout by experienced ambulance driving instructors.
Designed to give you the skills, confidence and qualification needed to drive an ambulance in both routine and emergency situations.
Delivered over 4 consecutive weeks (Monday–Thursday), with some self-directed study before and during the course.
All CMS driving instructors are highly qualified and vastly experienced in emergency ambulance driving.
The Total Qualification Time (TQT) for this qualification is: 230
Guided Learning (GL) for this qualification is: 150 hours

AM I ELIGIBLE?
To book this course, you must:
- Be aged 19 or over
- Hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year)
- Have a C1 category on your driving licence
You must also be working in, or intending to work in, a CQC-registered organisation.
